To get the most out of the site Students need their own personal ID. This will then allow access to the assessment system, forum and conferencing.
This personal account does need to be verified by the teacher before it can become active. Do this by clicking on your user name and then on Manage Students Accounts

How do I change any existing student details?
You may, for example, wish to change the name for a class at the end of a year, when 12A1 becomes 13A1- Log on to Your Account and choose Manage School Class Names from the Account menu on the left
- Enter a new class name into a vacant box and Save Class List
- Select the existing class from the Students By Class list on the right.
- For each student in the displayed list that you want to change class you should click on the pencil icon
to edit their details - Under Belongs to, double-click the class displayed to remove it, and from Other double-click the new class name to add it. Then Save Changes.
- Repeat 4 and 5 for all the students involved.
